Terms of Service & Ownership Agreement

1. The station

91 Til Infinity Radio ("the station") is an independent music streaming website at 91tilinfinity.xyz. The website, name, design, and brand 91' til infinity are the exclusive property of 91' til infinity. © 2026 91' til infinity ®. All rights reserved.

By creating an account, uploading music, posting in station chat, or using the station in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the station.

2. Accounts

You need an account to upload music, react, or post in chat. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password private, and be responsible for everything done under your account. One account per person. Accounts used for spam, abuse, or fraud may be restricted or removed.

3. Your music stays yours — license to stream

Uploaders keep full ownership of their music. By uploading to the station, you grant 91' til infinity ® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream your uploads on the station — nothing more. This license ends when you delete the upload from the station. We do not sell, sublicense, or claim ownership of your music.

4. Upload rules & copyright

You must own or control the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload:

• Music you did not create and do not have permission to share
• Copyrighted instrumentals, samples, or beats uploaded without clearance
• Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights

You confirm your rights at upload time with a required agreement checkbox. Uploads that violate rights may be removed without notice. Accounts responsible for repeated violations will be restricted or permanently removed.

5. DMCA takedown process

If you are a rightsholder and believe content on the station infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@91tilinfinity.xyz with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material (track title / link)
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information in the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury

Valid notices are acted on promptly — infringing material is removed and the uploader is notified. Uploaders who believe their content was removed in error may send a counter-notice to the same address.

6. Content moderation

The station may remove any upload, chat message, or reaction, and may restrict or remove any account, for violations of these terms — including spam, harassment, copyright infringement, fraud, or attempts to game plays, reactions, or upload quotas. Moderation decisions are at the station's discretion.

7. Community features

Station chat is publicly readable; posting requires an account. Emoji reactions on tracks are public aggregate counts. Do not post personal information, hate, harassment, or spam in chat. Chat messages and reactions may be removed for violations.

8. Uploads & payments

Accounts receive 2 free uploads per week. Additional upload credits ("extra spins") cost $0.99 each and are processed securely through Stripe — the station never sees or stores card details. All sales are final; see the Refund & Payment Policy for details.

9. Fair play

Play counts, reactions, and upload quotas must come from genuine use. Artificially inflating plays or reactions, exploiting payment or compensation flows, or abusing the upload system may result in content or account restrictions.

10. Liability

The station is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 91' til infinity ® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the station, including disputes over uploaded content. You agree to indemnify the station against claims arising from content you upload.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the station grows. Continued use of the station after changes means you accept the updated terms.
